MAILE SALTIMBOCCA

TODAY'S SPECIAL MAILE SALTIMBOCCA. oven roasted pork tenderloin topped with sauteed mushrooms, artichokes hearts in a brandy sauce. served with our signature linguine pasta. it is sauteed tomatoes, garlic, fired roasted spinach, linguine pasta in a white wine sauce. side salad dressing of choice.
